Back to the Grind

Here I am back at school.. "Back to school! Back to school, to prove to Dad that I'm not a fool! I got my lunch packed up, my boots tied tight, I hope I don't get in a fight! Ohhhh, back to school! Back to school! Back to school!" sorry I couldn't resist myself, a girl from work got that very catchy tune in my head. Now everytime I hear or say 'back to school' I think of it!

Today was officially the first day of classes! yay! (blah) I think that this should be a very good year.. The getting myself up early might prove to be a problem, or atleast until I whip myself back into a routine of waking early. It has been a very good week so far..

On saturday I went out to the Fox and Hound.. and then came home to make cookies at about 3am.. those were some great cookies! :D and then on Sunday we moved Heather and Scott into their new house (we being myself, my parents, and shel and mat). I got a good work out. yup. hmm... what else? oh yes, I worked on labour day monday. That was neither exciting or boring.
That night I went for some coffee and then went for a walk in a nearby park.. It has a really cool little lake, and fountain in the middle. But, it turned out to be the longest freakin' park I've ever seen.. It was soooo much fun, and I really didn't mind that it was long or cold.. but unfortunately about half way through the gigantic three parks in one I realized I needed a washroom. Well, you live and learn- my lesson of the day: go to the washroom before a walk, especially after drinking coffee. I must say it was a very romantic night.. :) absolutely beautiful! bitte schon! tres bien! hee hee hee
